Submitting an enquiry does not create a contract, and any pricing or availability we describe on the Site is indicative until confirmed in a signed agreement.

The Site is provided “as is”. Statistics and performance figures shown are indicative averages across our engagements and are not a guarantee of results. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stake Sourcing LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. The state and federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas have exclusive jurisdiction.
